Shopping Deal Websites
Editors and aggregators that highlight sales, price drops, and timed promotions.
What belongs in this category
Deal sites are helpful when they tell you the price, the reason it changed, and whether a code still applies on top. A headline discount that excludes the product you want is not a useful deal.
Use the Icy Coupons review method when you compare sites in this group. Then confirm any code on the retailer’s own checkout. A category page is a map, not a promise that a code will work.
Named reviews in this group: Slickdeals, Groupon, VistaPrint, Karma, The Freebie Guy, The Krazy Coupon Lady, Free Stuff Finder, and Hip2Save.
